They are good people like any other company. They are hard workers and people that go above and beyond. I worked at Carter myself but I never drove a yard truck, and a cherry picker, and a pe but I busted my butt everyday and went in with a a good attitude and I went from 11.00$ to 16.00$ in a week. I got let go to pointing out due to our child being born. Now I work at another warehouse about to get hired on thanks to Andy, Lorra, Terrie and Holly y'all are the best for what y'all do for so many people.
