I guess, like many people we were just approached in the street to the little card that we could win prizes and things. We were a little bit skeptical. We won a free week holiday and that we're excited about it and so we went along to the office and saw what the group has to offer and decided that we thought we could get some real benefits out of this because we like taking holidays twice a year and there's fantastic offers available so it seems to be crazy no to do it. And the thing is that the time we're in the room talking with the representatives, he made it quite clear that if we did not holiday often enough it wasn't for us and there is no pressures at all and at anytime during interview we could always decide No it's not for us and we both could leave happy.
