UPDATE: ‘Radicalized Muslim’ Killed in Paris Airport Attack Was Previously Investigated After ISIS Attack

Early this morning, the Paris-Orly airport experienced just the latest in what seems to be an endless supply of terror attacks on the refugee-welcoming nation.

From Sky News:

A radicalised Muslim on a terror watchlist opened fire on three police officers at a road check before attacking a soldier at a Paris airport.

The gunman launched his first attack after being stopped at a road check north of the city early this morning, shooting a policewoman in the head.

He then held up a woman motorist at gunpoint, stealing her car and driving to Orly airport.

n the airport terminal the attacker assaulted a patrol of three counter-terrorism soldiers, wrestling one of them to the floor and trying to take her gun.

The man was shot dead by patrol officers as they attempted to protect the women and members of the public at the airport, according to France’s Interior Ministry.

Apparently the shooter first fired a “pellet gun” at police officers before launching an “extremely violent attack” on a female officer in an attempt to steal her gun. He was finally shot dead.

It’s becoming all too common. From Sky:

This marks the fourth attack on the Sentinelle forces since it was set up. There was a similar incident at the Louvre Museum last month in which an Egyptian man attacked soldiers guarding the site.

The media, of course, are still saying the attacker’s motive is “unknown.”

Yeah, gee, wonder what could possibly be the reason. What a huge mystery.

This post will be updated as information becomes available.

Update
From Fox News:

Paris prosecutors said the suspect’s house was among scores searched in November 2015 in the immediate aftermath of ISIS-led suicide bomb-and-gun attacks that killed 130 people in Paris. Those searches targeted people with suspected radical leanings.
