Kim Kardashian is safe now, but the reality TV star is having a tough time recounting her harrowing experience when she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris.
The New York Post’s Page Six reports that Kim told her family more information about the heist that took place last October, and how there was no escape.
She reportedly says, “They ask for money. I said I don’t have any money… They dragged me out on to the hallway on top of the stairs. That’s when I saw the gun clear, like clear as day. I was kind of looking at the gun, looking down back at the stairs.”
It’s clear that Kim was in a life and death situation that could have gone horribly worse for her.
She explains, “I was like; I have a split second decision in my mind to make this quick decision. Am I going to run down the stairs and either be shot in the back? It makes me so upset to think about it. Either they’re going to shoot me in the back, or if I make it and they don’t, if the elevator does not open in time, or the stairs are locked, then like I’m fucked. There’s no way out.”
Now we know the robbers made off with millions in jewelry, and many have been arrested for suspected involvement, but thanks to Kim’s chilling retelling, it could have been much more tragic.
