At least 38 people are dead and 13 others have been injured in Haiti after a bus crashed into a parade in a hit-and-run incident. The bus, which belongs to the transportation company Blue Sky Logistics, was carrying people to Port Au Prince from Cap Haitien when it struck pedestrians. The bus plowed through the crowd as locals celebrated the festival Rara, which lasts from Mardi Gras until Easter. The bus first hit two people outside the city of Gonaives, before continuing to drive through three different bands playing on the street. The driver fled the scene and remains still at large as authorities tighten their search.
