With the sun shining and the winter weather dissipating, it seemed like the perfect day for a walk through Coney Island.
Elliot Reed and his filmmaker brother Mike wanted to have a little fun given the beautiful weather. Elliot dressed up in his T-Rex costume and headed to the boardwalk for a little dance.
