DAP said that it will return 50 percent of taxes collected from Sabah and Sarawak to the state governments if it comes to federal power.
At a press conference yesterday DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng said It will also ensure 20 percent oil royalty is paid and allow the states full autonomy in healthcare and education.
