Franken: Sessions recusing himself is ‘proper decision’

Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) told The Post’s Libby Casey on March 2 that Attorney General Jeff Sessions’s decision to recuse himself from any investigations related to the 2016 presidential campaign is a “proper decision.”
