The media sounds like a broken record these days, asking every politician they can find if they’ve seen evidence of contacts between Trump and Russia.
Ryan cited an ongoing investigation, but also said thus far they’ve seen no evidence. But he said the investigation will continue to ensure no stone is unturned.
Ryan was also about conservative criticism of Obamacare, specifically that the medicare expansion is taking too long and that conservatives hate the tax credits.
Ryan explains that they are trying to equalize the treatment of people in the tax code because it right now it discriminates against people who don’t get their healthcare from their jobs.
He also suggests that there are no rival plans, but that the White House, the House and the Senate are working together on the new healthcare plan. He says at the end of the day they will all be unified.
