One of the most challenging cases we've encountered in 2017. We received this 500 GB Seagate hard drive (Model: 9BJ146-568) and it had a completely broken motor. After a successful platter swap, we needed to replace the device's head assembly as well. After the repairs were finished, we extracted all the valuable data it contained and we made another one of our customers happy!
