Palestine: Prisoners on Hunger Strike

Two Palestinian prisoners from the Qalandya refugee camp in the occupied West Bank, have joined fellow former prisoners on hunger strike in the Israeli jails. The strike is in protest of being held under administrative detention without charge or trial. The Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS), said in a statement that Jamal Abu Leil and Raed Mteir have served three consecutive terms in administrative detention without charge or trial, since they were detained in February last year.
