Dramatic footage has emerged from the US of a severe flood in San Jose caused by an overflowing creek.
The video, shot on Wednesday from the roof of a house, shows people inside a rescue boat amid submerged cars in a totally inundated back garden.
According to reports, hundreds have been rescued from their flooded houses.
