Halifax, Nova Scotia is a popular destination for Lobster as it is one of the main places in the world where this delicious crustacean lives and can be fished. Nova Scotians however don't just enjoy boiled lobster dinners they also like to mix it up with some mayo, onions and maybe some dill and lemon and slap it on a bun and call it a lobster roll. This is an extremely tasty, cheap and quick way to eat lobster. I went on a quest in Halifax to find the VERY BEST lobster rolls in the city and these are my findings. Enjoy!
