The bodies of at least 74 migrants washed up on Libya's northern coast near the city of Zawiya, the Libyan Red Crescent said. It is believed the incident is the result of a shipwrecked inflatable raft, which was found nearby. Red Crescent volunteers, who responded to the call Tuesday morning, said the migrants drowned on their way to Europe. The bodies found so far are all of African men, who vary in age. The inflatable boat capsized after facing difficult circumstances over the weekend.
