Uber hired former U.S. attorney general Eric Holder to lead the investigation into allegations of sexual harassment and sexism at the company. The company's CEO Travis Kalanick said Holder would conduct a review with his partner Tammy Albarran and board member Arianna Huffington. “I know the company is hurting, and understand everyone has been waiting for more information on where things stand and what actions we are going to take," Kalanick wrote in a memo to employees. The probe comes after Susan Fowler, a former engineer at the company, wrote a blog post about being sexually harassed at the company. Fowler claimed that Human Resources took no action regarding the matter, and even threatened that she could lose her job.
