Snapchat's parent company, Snap Inc., is offering its initial public offering between $14 to $16 per share, according to a filing. These costs place the company's value around $19.5 billion to $22.2 billion. The startup noted that it is offering to sell 200 million Class A common shares and is trading in the New York Stock exchange. If the shares are sold, the company will generate around $2.1 billion and $2.3 billion, according to the regulatory filing. Snap initially sought a valuation of $25 billion, according to the initial listing document it filed earlier this month.
