COOK SOCIAL: Chocolate Bomb Recipe
Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Ingredients :
3 spoons of hazelnut cream
7 spoons of ground biscuits
1 cup of milk
20 hazelnuts, roughly chopped
200 grams of dark chocolate
200 grams of white chocolate
Preparation:
1. Put ground biscuits, hazelnut cream, milk and hazelnuts in one bowl and mix it all together for 7-8 minutes, until it becomes uniform mass.
2. Make balls of that mass and put it on a plate so they don’t touch each other.
3. Put them in a freezer for 30 minutes
4. During that time, melt separately white and dark chocolate.
5. When the balls are frozen, roll half in dark chocolate and other half in white chocolate.
6. Chocolate bombs are ready and you can enjoy your sweets.
