Footage has emerged from California, USA, of thousands of people evacuating their homes after a massive hole was found in the emergency spillway of the Oroville Dam.
The video, shot today, shows dozens of cars stuck in a traffic jam in the outskirts of Yuba as residents try to leave the city.
