Syria's war: Turkey sets sights on ISIL capital Raqqa

Turkey is stepping up its involvement in Syria's war.
As Turkish-backed forces secure control of Al Bab, the president has said for the first time that he intends to press on towards ISIL's self-declared capital in Syria, Raqqa.
