Healthy Porridge Recipe:
**************************
- 1/3 cup (40g) oat flour or plain oats (you can make your own oat flour by blending plain oats in a food processor/blender until you have a fine flour)
- 2/3 cup (200ml) milk/water or a combination of the two. I like to use hemp milk or almond milk.
1 ripe banana
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp flaxseed
1 tbsp raisins
1 tsp Organic Burst maca powder
Toppings: fruit, dried fruit, nuts, nut butter, seeds, cacao nibs, hemp hearts, more cinnamon...or anything else you like!

Method:
- Mash your banana using the back of a fork
- Add your oats/oat flour, cinnamon and milk/water to a small pan. Cook over a medium/low heat stirring continuously.
- Add in your mashed banana and raisins and continue stirring.
- Once the porridge reaches your desired thickness, take off the heat then mix in the flaxseed and maca powder.
- Serve in your favourite bowl and top with your favourite fruit, nuts, seeds and anything else you fancy!
