Queen Elizabeth II celebrated her Sapphire Jubilee on Monday, honoring her 65th anniversary on Britain's throne. The 90-year-old monarch was expected to spend the day at her country estate in Sandringham. The queen has traveled to nearly 120 countries and met with 12 U.S. presidents including Barack Obama and Dwight D. Eisenhower. The successors to Elizabeth, are Prince Charles, followed by Prince William and Prince George, respectively.
