Appeals court denies Trump's request to reinstate travel ban

A federal appeals court rejected President Trump's request to reinstate the travel ban from seven specified countries. The court ruling means nationals from seven predominantly Muslim countries, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen, can enter the U.S. After a Federal District Court in Seattle Trump's order, the Justice Department appealed citing that the president has constitutional authority. The United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is now awaiting for a response from the Trump administration on Monday. The future of Trump's travel ban still remains unclear.
