This barista won’t need a cup of joe to start their day. Cafe X Technologies unveiled a robotic coffee shop at a shopping center in San Francisco. A robotic arm prepares espresso drinks made from locally roasted beans at the rate of 120 cups per hour, taking orders via a touchscreen or the Cafe X app. No word yet on how the robotic arm’s goth-pop band is doing or if it’s finally going to apply to law school.The post Rise And Shine With The Robot Barista appeared first on Vocativ.
