The Senate Finance Committee suspended its rules on Feb. 1, after Democrats boycotted a second hearing in as many days. Republicans voted 14-0 to advance the nominations of Steven Mnuchin for treasury secretary and Rep. Tom Price (R-Ga.) for health and human services secretary to the full Senate.
