An 8-year-old boy called 911 and told the dispatcher he was inside a car and he believed his dad, who was slumped over in the driver's seat, was dead. This recording released by Waukesha Police Department has been edited by The Post to omit the boy's name and the names of his two brothers who were also in the car at the time.
