Interviewer: How are you after the 2nd crash in two days?
Lindsey: I’m to old to do this. I’m glad that nothing happend. My neck and back are hurting a bit and my arm a bit too. But I think I had the right tactic today. I slowed down a bit in the curve and then I landed an my ski got away. I didn’t have a chance to get up.
Interviewer: You talked with the FIS yesterday after your Training crash and said that they have to do something and they reacted. Was it enough or was it not good or was it your mistake?
Lindsey: I think I was unlucky today. They made the jump cleaner. It was less but even though the girls who were faster jumped wider. But it was bumpy when I landed & I think it was my mistake. But they tried to make it better.
Interviewer: Someone special is here today to keep the fingers crossed for you. How much does it help you that your partner is here today.
Lindsey: Yeah it was great that he is here. It’s his first time in Europe and first time at a ski race. It’s a cool day for me even though I had a crash.
Interviewer: Hopefully with a happy end in the Super G tomorrow.
Lindsey: Yeah tomorrow is another chance.
