Welcome to the 3rd part of our common flare mistakes series. In this video, we focus on the mistakes you are making in your legs.
The flare is a very technical move, and for many people who are currently training these moves, they make lots of mistakes that they do not realize that they are making.
We predominantly focus on two things: 1) your master leg and 2) your non-master leg.
The best tips for both your master and non-master leg is to try to kick your leg towards your face. Once you master that, you should be able to continue doing your flares over and over again.
