Stocks fell this afternoon as Donald Trump was swearing in as the next president of the United States. The Dow Jones Industrial Average slipped about 40 points immediately after Donald Trump took the presidential oath. Stocks began to slip at 12:04 p.m. and are slowly rebounding after hitting a low around 12:30 p.m..
