Pruitt: There should be more 'open and civil discourse' on humans impact on climate change

President-elect Trump's Environmental Protection Agency administrator nominee, Scott Pruitt, said contentious environmental issues deserve 'open and civil discourse' and he encouraged more debate on the extent to which humans impact climate change.
