Today I'm going to show you very simple and easy recipe of carrot which is Aloo Gajar Matar Recipe - Potato Carrot and Peas Curry
This recipe is very easy to make and very tasty as well as very healthy too
So without any further delay lets see the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:-
250-grams carrot (long chopped)
250-grams potato (diced)
100-grams peas
1-tbsp coriander powder
salt as per taste
1/2-tsp red chilli powder
1/2-tsp turmeric powder
1-tsp sabzi masala (optional)
1-tomato long cut
2-tbsp oil
1/2-tsp cumin
