Cuban migrants stranded after end of ‘wet feet, dry feet’ policy

Hundreds of Cuban migrants have found themselves stranded in transit in South and Central America. This comes after President Barack Obama ended a long-standing policy granting Cubans temporary residency when arriving in the US.
