Today, we are going to be learning the names of different vegetables with a veggie Velcro cutting toy set. Vegetables come in many different size, shapes, and colors! The names of veggies we are learning today are cauliflower, pumpkin, cabbage, tomato, onion, green bell pepper, Chinese cabbage, red bell pepper, mushroom, potato, broccoli, carrot, daikon, eggplant/aubergine, corm, and red hot chili pepper. Thats a total of 16 different vegetable names! We will cut every vegetable in half, mix it together to make a mixed veggie salad, and then put them all together back into whole pieces.\r
