Padma Bridge is one of the most awaited bridge of Bangladesh. It is supposed that building of this bridge will solve a lot of problems including connecting Faridpur, Shariyatpur, Gopalgonj and a lot of cities in Bangladesh as most of the people are now using fairy from Mawa ghat which is a lot of time consuming and a big hastle for day to day lives of people.
