Tell yourself who you're going to be and what you're going to do. It's similar to taking a rock and throwing it ahead of you. You walk towards the rock and pick it up. The rock represents your vision and we follow our vision until we reach it. We then pick up another rock (vision) and throw it so we can then walk in that direction. Remember, you're vision is NOT who you are, but who you are going to be. So pick up your rock and throw it!
