Senate 'vote-a-rama' moves GOP one step closer to Obamacare repeal

After nearly seven hours of voting and over the vocal objections of many Democrats, the Senate voted 51 to 48 to pass a budget resolution to begin work on legislation to repeal the Affordable Care Act.
