The New York Knicks really could have used Derrick Rose's help against the New Orleans Pelicans during Monday's game. They were outmatched and just not up to the task of containing Anthony Davis. Unfortunately, D-Rose was going through some issues of his own, and no one was able to get a hold of him prior to the start of the contest. He showed up for practice earlier in the day, and was announced as a starter, but was a complete no-show when game time came around. His friend and teammate in Chicago Joakim Noah was finally able to get in touch with Rose, stating that family issues were the cause of his absence.
