Despite a nationwide ceasefire, brokered by Turkey and Russia, a massive car bomb went off in the rebel-held city of Azaz in northern Syria. About 50 people were killed and 80 were injured, local activist Mahmoud Hassano told CNN. The explosion occurred around noon local time by a nearby grocery store, and it was caused by truck bomb. While no one has claimed responsibility for the attack, ISIS car bombs have targeted the city in the past, near the Turkey's border.
