Caught on CCTV is the moment first-time dad Carlos Henrique failed to catch his sons slipping carrier as it fell from the desk and on to the floor.\r

Baby Enzo, who was not strapped in, was recorded slipping out of the carrier during the drop - however, miraculously he is caught in the arms of the recptionist.\r

Staff member Leonardo Araujos quick reaction meant that the newborn escaped the incident without any injuries.\r

Following the shocking drop, both parents appear to be stunned and the mother walks around the desk to check on her son.\r

However, Araujo said he continued holding the child because wanted to be sure he wasnt hurt.\r

Speaking to Globo , he said: I was fiddling with the computer, and was finalising the mothers hospitalisation, when I heard the father scream.\r

It was a big scare. For us, at least, because the baby remained calm. I was worried about his parents, who were in shock, the two.\r

He later is seen strapping the child into his carrier and helping the couple take Enzo to the car.\r

Father, Carlos Henrique, said: It was Gods work. For my part I just want to forget this moment and be able to raise my child.
