Rebel groups said they are pushing back peace talks with the Syrian government for later this month. Rebels signed a statement saying peace talks are suspended due to the government's violation of the ceasefire. The ceasefire agreement was brokered by Turkey and Russia only last Thursday, and has been intact until now. Pro-government forces have denied the allegations brought upon by the opposition. The peace talks are to be held in Astana, Kazakhstan.
