Just a few thoughts on this situation... i do not profess to be a biblical expert; what i DO know is that Ms. Burrell (and many like her) violates biblical law consistently. God does not care about record sales or awards, so even bringing those things up while saying 'God knows my heart' to me, proves where her heart truly lies. Also, to assume that all gay people are sexually active would be incorrect- just as there are celibate heterosexuals, there are celibate folks in the LGBTQ communities. Action does NOT equate orientation. To call out homosexuality as the biggest sin (while ignoring adultery, theft, child abuse, etc.) is a problem.
