Rise of the Tomb Raider can achieve near 60 FPS with medium settings using the GTX 960 and still look absolutely gorgeous in 1080p. There are areas and situations that decrease the frames significantly as the FPS fluctuates quite a bit in game. However, the default medium settings will keep the game at a very playable and enjoyable gaming experience. This also leaves plenty of room for the user to tinker with the settings (except for high anti-aliasing) a lot to find the right mix that fits their visual needs.
