Pope Francis condemned the terror attack that took place in an Istanbul nightclub early Sunday morning during his New Year's Day speech. The pope mourned the victims as tourists and pilgrims gathered by St. Peter's Square for the New Year’s Day Angelus. the Pope said. The terror attack killed at least 39 people and left 69 wounded.
