10224 Town Hall is an Exclusives Modular Buildings set that was released on March 1, 2012. It includes eight brand new minifigures. It is more pricey than the standard US $149.99, which is basic for Modulars. This is the tallest Modular Building launched so far, and the only one that is suggested for ages 14+, and is, up until now, the eleventh largest set by piece count released to this day.
The Town Hall is a large building with 3 stories and a roofing system. The primary composition of the bottom flooring's outside colour is light grey. The first and 2nd floors are coloured dark orange on the outside, and the roofing system is mainly grey. Nevertheless, on the upper stories, the floor only covers about half of the level. Hence, there is a wide-open view of auditorium in the hall, the ground flooring is completely noticeable up until the roofing system. The floorings are linked by a working elevator.
