10224 Town Hall is an Exclusives Modular Buildings set that was launched on March 1, 2012. It includes eight brand new minifigures. It is more costly than the conventional United States $149.99, which is standard for Modulars. This is the highest Modular Building launched up until now, and the just one that is advised for ages 14+, and is, so far, the eleventh biggest set by piece count released to date.
The Town Hall is a large structure with three stories and a roofing system. The primary structure of the bottom floor's outside colour is light grey. The very first and 2nd floors are coloured dark orange on the outside, and the roofing system is generally grey. Nevertheless, on the upper stories, the flooring only covers about half of the level.
