10224 Town Hall is an Exclusives Modular Buildings set that was launched on March 1, 2012. It consists of eight brand new minifigures. It is more expensive than the standard United States $149.99, which is standard for Modulars. This is the highest Modular Building launched up until now, and the only one that is recommended for ages 14+, and is, so far, the eleventh largest set by piece count launched to this day.
The Town Hall is a big building with three stories and a roofing system. The main composition of the bottom flooring's exterior colour is light grey. The first and 2nd floors are coloured dark orange on the outside, and the roofing is generally grey. However, on the upper stories, the floor only covers about half of the level. For this reason, there is a wide-open view of auditorium in the hall, the ground floor is totally noticeable until the roofing system. The floors are linked by a working elevator.
