Ram Gopal Varma's latest release 'Department' has received a thumbs down from the audiences. Nothing about the cop drama has impressed the viewers. Starring Amitabh Bachchan, Rana Daggubati, Sanjay Dutt and Anjana Sukhani, the film has been shot using 5D cameras.
