speaks with a somewhat high-pitched thick rural Southern accent, has a whistle dry lisp to his voice, and frequently misspells words. He is very optimistic and often at times forgetful. He has got the biggest heart, and is sweet to a fault. He also has true unconditional or agape love for others, and just needs true friendship from other people. He can be extremely scared or skittish at times because of his sensitive nature, and from being constantly and harshly abused by Bubba in his past. \r

In grade school, Wingos outrageous, inappropriate paint schemes didnt comply with the schools strict paint code, and got him into a lot of trouble. These days, Wingo makes a good living designing paint schemes for an illustrious clientèle at his own custom paint shop. Now that his paint doesnt get him into trouble, Wingo and his gang find new ways to get into trouble. They start off in the night scene of Cars where he, DJ, Boost and Snot Rod start road bullying Mack which comes up to this point where Lightning McQueen falls out of his trailer thats attached behind Mack.\r
