South star Dhanush, who is gearing up for the release of his Bollywood debut 'Raanjhanaa', seems to be totally in awe of the music director of the film, A.R. Rahman. At a recently held event, Dhanush stated that the Oscar-winning composer has given such beautiful music to the film, that according to him Rahman is the true 'Raanjhanaa'.
Talking about the 'Mozart of Madras' Dhanush said, "According to me Rahman sir is 'Raanjhanaa', he is given so much to the movie. When you'll hear the songs with the film, you'll understand what I'm talking about."
"What I wonder about him is how he strikes a balance between Hindi and South Indian films. When you'll listen to his Tamil song, it will sound like a Tamil song and when you will listen to his Hindi song, it will sound like a Hindi Song. I don't know how he achieves that cause it's really tough as one should know both the cultures by heart to bring out this kind of perfection in their music. There is nothing new to tell, about him we all know he is fantastic," he further added.
