Mission Objectives:
• Head to the helipad on the West River to meet up with Tony and the Celebrator.
• Fly the choppers over the Happiness Island as high as possible.
• Throw the Celebrator out of the plane and catch him before he hits the ground.
• After grabbing him, land safely on the ground.
