Extremely low visibility caused by heavy smog in northern China

Footage has emerged from China of a city completely shrouded in heavy smog.
The video, filmed on Tuesday, shows skyscrapers and buildings in Xingtai in Hebei Province covered in the pollution-induced fog, causing low visibility.
